The Eye of the Needle provided a landmark for years on the

Wild and Scenic Missouri River until its demise a few years ago.

While never proven, it is believed that vandals destroyed the arch.

LaBarge Rock is just beyond the arch in full sun. This beautiful

stretch of the river is in the White Cliffs area.
